1947 from Kilkenny, aged 17 travelled with his father who migrated to UK in 1939 during the second World War.
Married Bridie from Waterford in 1951.
On arrival in UK, found work in Bristol (unreal Classics Bristol Brabazon the aeroplane that never flew) extending the runway at the hanger where the prototype was built.
Then worked at Chatham building a School, built Wattisham Railway (where Prince Harry was based), then at Lakenheath driving Lorries for Laing depot Borehamwood www.laing.com for 27 years and then worked for Sellotape for 16 years. Has lived in Luton for 9 years and regularly attend the Sacred Heart Social club.
